Hi Friends! I’m back again…baking. What is there to do when you’re quarantine and have to cook three meals/day for your family? (Plus the uber geek husband already took over my dining room.)
On a side note, the hubs and I are trying to eat healthier. Surprisingly, this was a BIG hit with the family. Even the baby ate it! My tween however doesn’t like fries unless it’s from McDonald’s, Five Guys, or Chick-fil-a (not sponsored here).
Here’s what you’ll need:
Peel three medium-sized sweet potatoes.
Sliced into 1″ thick lengthwise strips.
In a bowl, add the beaten egg whites, olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat all the sweet potatoes.
Lay sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 25 minutes or until the fries are nicely brown and tender.
Season with a little more salt if needed. Serve warm.
Easy, simple, and delicious…and better for you than french fries. Win. Win. Enjoy!
